Shair & Fishbon is a general practice law firm with a concentration on insurance subrogation. Personal injury, real estate, landlord/tenant,
probate, collection and business matters are all accepted.
We have represented the insurance industry in the field of insurance subrogation for over
50 years. We presently represent many major insurance companies and maintain excellent working relationships with
all claims managers, supervisors and adjusters.
We employ a staff trained and experienced in subrogation work. Our computer database has
been specifically designed by us for processing and monitoring subrogation claims from initiation through suit,
recovery and remittance. We practice before all courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as various
forums of inter-company arbitration.
We accept most subrogation, collection and personal injury cases on a contingency basis. We do not earn a fee unless
we obtain a successful recovery for you. We are proud of our record of quality service to our clients and welcome
